About Youth Mental Health First Aid

Youth Mental Health First Aid training assists adults to help young people who are developing a mental illness or during a crisis. You will learn how to support young people until they receive professional help.

Who is this training for?

We recommend youth mental health first aid training to anyone who:

  • works
  • volunteers
  • cares for young people on the Mornington Peninsula.

Course options:

  • Over three sessions
    Monday 29 July, 5 and 12 August 2024
    5.30pm – 8.00pm

 

  • Full day session
    Saturday 19 October 2024
    9.30am – 4.30pm

Training includes an eLearning component (approx. 4 hours) followed by face-to-face with our accredited MHFA Instructors.

Cost

$120 per person

Price is inclusive of e-voucher, hard copy book and licensed instructors.
